If you want to experience as much of La Fortuna as possible in one day, this combination brings together several of the area’s signature attractions in one convenient itinerary.
Begin at La Fortuna Waterfall, descending through tropical vegetation to the base of the 70-meter cascade, with time to enjoy the surroundings and enter the water when conditions permit.
Continue to the Arenal Volcano area for a guided hike through volcanic landscapes and rain forest surroundings, followed by a traditional Costa Rican lunch.
In the afternoon, explore Mistico Hanging Bridges, walking through the rain forest at different heights and seeing the forest from a completely different perspective.
After a full day of exploring, slow things down with a visit to the naturally warm waters of the Tabacón River, known locally as El Choyín.
It is a long and active day, but a convenient option for travelers with limited time who want to combine several attractions while keeping costs lower than booking multiple experiences separately.

- Sales Tax: A 13% sales tax will be added upon booking.
- Tour Availability: All tours are subject to availability.
- Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of two (2) people per booking is required. If you are a solo traveler, please contact us directly by email or WhatsApp for availability.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Transportation: Transportation from most hotels or vacation rentals is included in the price. However, if your hotel or vacation rental is located far from downtown La Fortuna or the route to Arenal Volcano, extra pick-up fees may be charged. Please confirm this during booking.
- Departure Times: Departure times are approximate. The precise pick-up time will be provided on your travel voucher.
Cancellation Policy
- Standard Cancellations: If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, please send an email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 24 hours prior to your service. You will receive a full refund, except for the 5% credit card fee.
- Holiday Cancellations: For cancellations during the holiday peak season (December 20th - January 4th), please send a written email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. A full refund will be issued, minus the 5% credit card fee.
- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions and will only operate tours according to our policies. A full refund will be provided if, on rare occasions, a tour does not run.
- No-Show Policy: Guests must arrive at the agreed-upon time and location. The guide will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. If the guest does not show up, the reservation will be charged 100%.
- Unused Services: Once travel has begun, unused portions of the service will not be eligible for refunds.
Payments
- Currency: Payments will be processed in US dollars.
- Payment Process: Your credit card will be charged using a secure payment link once the service is confirmed.
- Booking Confirmation: Prices, transportation, attractions, services, and travel dates are not confirmed until we receive the required payment.
