Not every adventure ends with relaxation. This one does. Canopy Los Cañones combines aerial thrills with thermal recovery. It's the only tour in La Fortuna offering a complete zipline and hot springs experience in a single booking.
Fly Above the Canyons
The circuit features 12 cables stretching over 3 kilometers. Individual lines range from 50 to 500 meters in length. Platforms reach heights of up to 60 meters (190 ft) above the forest floor. You'll cross rivers, dense rainforest, and dramatic canyon walls. Arenal Volcano anchors the horizon on every cable.
The experience opens with a safety briefing and a beginner practice run. Children from age 6 are welcome. The course builds confidence early. The most impressive views come on the final cables. Expert guides manage every platform and handle all equipment checks throughout.
Unwind at Los Lagos Hot Springs
After the last zipline, the day shifts completely. Your ticket includes access to Los Lagos Hotel's thermal complex. Soak across 10 natural thermal pools fed by Arenal's geothermal activity. Cool off in 2 cold-water pools. Take the kids to the 3 water slides built into the property. Scenic walking trails lead to an Arenal Volcano viewpoint.

Booking Information
- Price: Price is per person.
- Sales Tax: A 13% sales tax will be added upon booking.
- Booking Confirmation: Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- Tour Availability: All tours are subject to availability.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of two (2) people per booking is required.
- Transportation: Transportation from most hotels is included in the price. However, if your hotel is located far from downtown La Fortuna or the route to Arenal Volcano, extra pick-up fees may be charged. Please confirm this during booking.
- Departure Times: Departure times are approximate. The precise pick-up time will be provided on your travel voucher.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, kindly send an email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 24 hours prior to your service. You will receive a full refund, except for the 5% credit card fees.
- Holiday Cancellation Requests: For cancellations during the busy holiday peak season (December 20th to January 4th), please send a written email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. You will receive a full refund, minus a 5% credit card fee.
- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions. A full refund will be given if, on rare occasions, no tour is run.
- No-Show Policy: The customer must be at the agreed-upon time and place. The guide will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. In the case of a no-show, the reservation will be charged 100%.
- Unused Portions: Once travel begins, unused portions of the service will not be eligible for refunds.

Payments
- Currency: Payments will be processed in US dollars.
- Payment Process: Your credit card will be charged using a secure payment link once the service is confirmed.
- Booking Confirmation: Prices, transportation, attractions, services, and travel dates are not confirmed until we receive the required payment.
