- A minimum of 2 people per booking is required.

- If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, kindly send an email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 24 hours prior to your service. You will receive a full refund, except for the 5% credit card fees.
- For requests during the busy holiday peak season (from December 20th to January 4th), please send a written email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. You will receive a full refund, excluding a 5% credit card fee.
- We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions & will only run a tour according to our policies. Full refund is given if (on rare occasion) no tour is run.
- No shows for any paid services will be treated as cancellations and are non-refundable.
- Once travel begins, unused portions will not be eligible for refunds.
