Fly Above the Rainforest
The adventure is divided into two exciting sections that provide a perfect balance of thrill and scenic beauty.
The first section includes 6 zipline cables and 7 platforms, with cable lengths reaching up to 210 meters and heights of approximately 25 meters above the ground. This portion allows participants to gain confidence while enjoying impressive views of the tropical forest.
The second section increases the excitement with 5 additional cables and 6 platforms. Here, participants glide across longer distances ranging from 100 to 430 meters, creating a more exhilarating experience above the lush rainforest.
Throughout the course, visitors enjoy panoramic views of the forest canopy and Arenal Volcano, making every platform an excellent opportunity for memorable photographs.

Booking Information
- Price: Price is per person.
- Sales Tax: A 13% sales tax will be added upon booking.
- Booking Confirmation: Confirmation will be received at the time of booking.
- Tour Availability: All tours are subject to availability.
- Children: Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- Minimum Booking Requirement: A minimum of two (2) people per booking is required.
- Transportation: Transportation from most hotels is included in the price. However, if your hotel is located far from downtown La Fortuna or the route to Arenal Volcano, extra pick-up fees may be charged. Please confirm this during booking.
- Departure Times: Departure times are approximate. The precise pick-up time will be provided on your travel voucher.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your reservation for any reason, kindly send an email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 24 hours prior to your service. You will receive a full refund, except for the 5% credit card fees.
- Holiday Cancellation Requests: For cancellations during the busy holiday peak season (December 20th to January 4th), please send a written email to info@toursinarenal.com at least 72 hours before your scheduled service. You will receive a full refund, minus a 5% credit card fee.
- Company Cancellations: We reserve the right to cancel a trip due to unfavorable conditions. A full refund will be given if, on rare occasions, no tour is run.
- No-Show Policy: The customer must be at the agreed-upon time and place. The guide will wait a maximum of 5 minutes. In the case of a no-show, the reservation will be charged 100%.
- Unused Portions: Once travel begins, unused portions of the service will not be eligible for refunds.

Payments
- Currency: Payments will be processed in US dollars.
- Payment Process: Your credit card will be charged using a secure payment link once the service is confirmed.
- Booking Confirmation: Prices, transportation, attractions, services, and travel dates are not confirmed until we receive the required payment.
